Basketball in the US

Baskteball is a very famous sport in the US with many different teams.The teams consit Of 5 players in the field and seven outside which are changing with the players in the team. The teams try to throw in the basket and when you are outside of the semicircle you receive 3 points and inside 2. The team with the Most points of the end of the 4 quarters wins the match.In the US are the first plays in a group. The two best teams of the group are in the Playoffs and when you lose in the playoffs you are out of the tournament.When you are high and live in the US it a perfect famous and popular sport dir you.

Reindeer Games

In chapter 20 Junior is starting to play Basketball. His father tells him to play,but Junior thinks he is to bad and his body is not perfect for a Basketballer.After that Juniors father tells him an example of his life and says that he have to dream big to get big.Junior trys it and thinks that he become a bad player in the c -Team.When the Coach stepped onto the court and say that they have to run 100 laps all players run,but many players quit or give up.Now Junior must be bettet then 12 guys.2 weeks later Rearden high shool had their First match against Juniors old shool.Junior gets  hitted two times and the last time from Rowdy. Rearden lost this Match but Junior wants to try ist again.

The Book “The Absolutely true Diary of a part -time Indian,” written by Sherman Alexie and published 2007, deals with an Indian boy Who lives in the res and Triers to leave it. It is written in the first person narrator perspective of the main character Junior.

In the first pages Junior tells about his meals and that sleeping the only thing against an empty stomach (p.17 ll.14-15).But the hope that his parents will come  and come and bring a bucket of Kentucky fried chicken (p.17 ll.16-17).He tells us about his sick dog Oscar got really sick and will probably die.(p.18 ll.6-7).Juniors mum says that they bring him to the vet but the mum lied (p.19 ll.17-19).”I’ll pay you back I said,I promise.”(p.20 ll.3-5).Is an alliteration and expresses that Junior won’t to help Oscar and bring him to the vet and pay him.

All in all Junior is sad about Oscar and not really happy with his Situation in the res and also in his family.

Dear diary!

Today I saw a carton of Junior with big hands and feets and also with a skinny body.I was scared and sad about it that he draws himself in such a ugly and depressive  way.I think he should be more self-confident and happier,but I also know he is very sad because living in the rez and be so poor and his family,too!Another thing is the situation with Oscar.Oscar was Juniors best friend with me.Never the less I try to be the best friend for him and protect him as well.Maybe I say him that he should be happier and also self-confident.All in all he is my best friend and helps me a lot and I think he can do something because he is very powerfull,funny and intelligent.
